Give your clients access

A client login reads its brands — calendar, posts, campaigns, analytics, reports — and approves posts. Nothing is published or changed from it.

Invite a client

  1. Team → Invite team member: the client’s e-mail, the role Client, and untick “All brands” to tick only the client’s brand.
  2. The client receives the e-mail “… invited you to … on JustCaster.com”, chooses a password (link valid 72 hours) and lands in the dashboard.

  1. The dashboard tells the client when posts wait for approval; Posts to approve opens them.
  2. The client reads the dashboard, Calendar, Posts, Campaigns, Inbox, Reviews, Leads, Analytics, Competitors, Reports and the Brand page of its brands.
  • Hidden for clients: Create post, AI Studio, Media Library, Social Accounts, Team, All brands, Automations, Link in Bio, Ads and billing.
  • The client can change only its own profile, password, two-factor and notification choices.
  • Reports sent with “Send to the client” reach every client login of the brand.
