The numbers match the steps below.
  1. Open Reports → New report and pick the period (or Custom dates, one year at most).
  2. Change the Title if you like (the brand name by default).
  3. Write a Note for the client: what went well, what you try next.
  4. Select Make the report. The figures are frozen at that moment: published posts, views, engagement, reach and clicks, each compared with the same number of days before; followers with their change over the period; publications per day; best posts; a table by network; the campaigns of the period.

The numbers match the steps below.
  1. Make a link (7, 30, 90 or 365 days): anyone with the link reads the report without signing in. A new link stops the old one; Stop the link ends it.
  2. Send to the client e-mails it to every client login of the brand, in their language (it makes a 30-day link if there is none). No client login yet? Invite one in Team.
  3. The report itself: the client sees the same page.
  4. Print / PDF opens the browser’s print window: choose “Save as PDF”.

Every month on the Reports list: on the 1st, JustCaster makes the report of the month before and e-mails it to the brand’s client logins with a 90-day link. Turned on, it starts with the next month.
