Who we are and what these terms cover

JustCaster is software provided as a service, published and operated by IDEALOGY France, a SARL with a share capital of €50,000, RCS Paris 505 014 506, VAT number FR45505014506, whose registered office is at 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France (“IDEALOGY”, “we”).

These terms cover your use of justcaster.com and of the JustCaster application. The managed social media service sold by IDEALOGY, where our team creates and publishes content for you, is a separate service with its own contract and is not covered here.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using JustCaster, you accept these terms. If you use JustCaster for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept them on its behalf.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential and tell us at [email protected] about any unauthorised use.
You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by the team members and clients you invite.
Each person uses their own login; logins may not be shared.

Plans, brands and add-ons

Plans are sold by number of brands: Free, Starter, Advanced and Custom / Agency. The plan and the number of brands you choose determine how many brands, social accounts and features you can use.

X (Twitter) is available as a paid add-on on every plan, including Free, and is charged per connected X account.

Prices are shown in euros excluding VAT on the pricing page. VAT is added where it applies. Your payment is taken when you subscribe and at each renewal.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Access continues until the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded.
Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is charged pro rata; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
If an invoice remains unpaid after a reminder, we may suspend the account. For business customers, late payment interest and the €40 fixed recovery indemnity provided by French law may apply.

Free plan

The Free plan is provided as is, with the limits shown on the pricing page, and may change with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

No spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
No unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive or harassing content.
No breach of the rules of the platforms you connect.
No attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, resell it or access other customers' data.
Content you publish must respect the rights of others, including image rights and copyright.

Connected platforms

JustCaster works with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), TikTok, Google (Business Profile, YouTube), LinkedIn, Pinterest and X. Their features, limits and rules can change, and a function may become unavailable if a platform changes its API or its policies. Each platform's own terms also apply to you, and you remain responsible for what you publish.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create and publish. You grant IDEALOGY the limited right to host, process and transmit that content only to operate the service for you. We do not use your content in our own marketing without your written agreement.

AI features

AI suggestions are generated automatically and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Nothing is published without your action. You review every suggestion and remain responsible for the content you publish, including content that started as an AI suggestion. AI credits included in each plan are shown on the pricing page.

Availability and support

We aim to keep JustCaster available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. Support is available in French and English at [email protected] on business days. Custom / Agency plans may include specific response times in their order form.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, remains unpaid, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Except in serious cases, we give notice first. You can close your account at any time and export your data before it is deleted.

Liability

IDEALOGY provides the service with the care expected of a professional. We are not liable for indirect damage such as loss of profit, loss of audience or loss of opportunity, nor for damage caused by a third-party platform changing or interrupting its service. For direct damage, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for JustCaster during the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Consumers

If you subscribe as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw. By asking for immediate access, you accept that the service starts during that period; if you then withdraw, you pay only for what has been used. Consumers may also contact a consumer mediator or use the European online dispute resolution platform.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, please write to [email protected] so that we can look for a solution. Failing agreement, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Paris, except where mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example to reflect new features or new legal requirements. Important changes are announced by e-mail or in the application at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not accept them, you may cancel before they take effect.
