Privacy Policy
How JustCaster, a product of IDEALOGY France, collects, uses and protects personal data.

Who we are
JustCaster is a social media management platform published and operated by IDEALOGY France, a SARL with a share capital of €50,000, registered with the RCS of Paris under number 505 014 506 (APE code 6201Z, VAT number FR45505014506), whose registered office is at 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France.
For this website and for your JustCaster account, IDEALOGY France is the data controller. For the content and audience data you process about your own customers through JustCaster, you are the controller and IDEALOGY France acts as your processor, under our Data Processing Agreement.

Data we collect
- Account data: name, e-mail address, password (stored hashed), company, language and plan.
- If you sign in with Google: your name, e-mail address and Google account ID, used only to create your account and sign you in. JustCaster gets no other access to your Google account and keeps no Google token.
- Billing data: billing address, VAT number, plan and invoices. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
- Content you create: posts, media, captions, calendars, campaigns, reports and the instructions you give to the AI.
- Data from the social accounts you connect: see “Connected platforms” below.
- Usage data: pages and features used, device and browser, approximate location derived from your IP address, and technical logs kept for security.
- Messages you send to support, sales or through the contact form.

Connected platforms
JustCaster only accesses the social accounts you connect, and only with the permissions you approve on each platform's consent screen. Platform data is used solely to provide the features you asked for: publishing, engagement, analytics, reviews and reports. We never sell it, never use it for our own advertising and never share it with other customers.
Meta: Facebook, Instagram and Threads
When you connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account or a Threads profile, JustCaster may access the information you authorise, such as Page and profile information, published posts, comments, mentions, direct messages, insights and statistics, and the permissions required to publish content. This data is processed only to provide the features you request. JustCaster's use of information received from Meta follows Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
TikTok
When a user connects a TikTok account to JustCaster, JustCaster may access information authorised by the user, such as profile information, account statistics, public videos and permissions required to publish content. TikTok data is processed only for providing the features requested by the user.
Google: Business Profile and YouTube
When you connect a Google Business Profile, JustCaster may access business information, posts and offers, reviews and profile performance, so you can publish updates and answer reviews. When you connect a YouTube channel, JustCaster may access channel information, video uploads, video statistics and comments. JustCaster's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
JustCaster uses YouTube API Services to publish the videos you choose on your YouTube channel. By connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google uses data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke JustCaster’s access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings page, or by disconnecting the channel in JustCaster (Social accounts), which deletes its access tokens. You can also ask us to delete any other data we store from YouTube (contact details below): we do so within 7 days. Data received from YouTube is kept only while it is needed for the features you use and is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
When you connect a LinkedIn Page, JustCaster may access Page information, published posts and documents, comments and mentions, follower and page statistics, and the permission required to publish on the Pages you manage.
When you connect a Pinterest account, JustCaster may access your profile and boards, the Pins you schedule or publish, and Pin statistics such as impressions, saves and outbound clicks.
X (Twitter)
If you add the X add-on and connect an X account, JustCaster may access profile information, the posts and threads published through JustCaster, replies and mentions, and post statistics where X makes them available.
You can disconnect any account at any time from your JustCaster settings or from the platform itself. When an account is disconnected, JustCaster immediately stops accessing new data and deletes the platform data stored for that account within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
AI features
When you use an AI feature, the text, media context and instructions you provide are sent to our AI provider to generate a suggestion. AI providers act as our processors: they may not use your content to train their own models and keep it only for the time needed to return the result. AI suggestions are never published automatically; you review them first.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions, under contracts that protect it. We never sell personal data and never share it for advertising.

We also work with a payment provider for card payments and with AI providers for the AI features. Their current names are available on request at [email protected], and this page is updated whenever the list changes.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
International transfers
Hosting and storage take place in France. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards required.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, limit or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month.

Security
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption of stored passwords and platform access tokens.
- Role-based access for our team, with two-factor authentication.
- Daily backups and regular restore tests.
- Logging, monitoring and alerting, with a documented incident procedure.
- Hosting in France with IONOS and OVH.
Children
JustCaster is a professional tool and is not intended for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We update this page whenever our processing changes, and we tell you by e-mail or in the application before an important change takes effect. The date at the top of the page shows the last update.
