Connect TikTok
Videos and photo posts with TikTok’s own choices: who can see the post, comments, duets, stitches and the branded-content disclosure.
Before you start
- One TikTok login gives one account.
- Until TikTok has audited the JustCaster app, TikTok only accepts posts from a private TikTok account — TikTok’s rule, not ours.
- Every TikTok post needs a video or photos.
Connect TikTok
- Choose the brand in the header, open Social Accounts and select Connect on the TikTok card.
- TikTok’s page opens: sign in and select Authorize.
- Approve every permission: without one of them, a part of JustCaster stays empty (figures, comments or publishing).
- Back in JustCaster, the green line confirms “TikTok: 1 new account connected” and the account shows Connected.
Publish on TikTok
Write the post in Create Post and tick the TikTok account in Publish to. Network checks shows “Ready” or what to fix for TikTok:

- A TikTok — account card appears for each TikTok account ticked. Posting as shows the TikTok nickname.
- Choose Who can see this post: there is no default, TikTok wants your choice.
- Tick what users may do: Comment, and Duet and Stitch for a video. Greyed boxes are turned off in the account’s TikTok settings.
- If the post promotes something, turn on Disclose post content and tick Your brand (labelled “Promotional content”) and/or Branded content (labelled “Paid partnership”, never private).
By posting you agree to TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation (and Branded Content Policy when ticked). After Post, TikTok may take a few minutes to show it on the profile.
What JustCaster reads and does
- Analytics: followers and video figures when TikTok gives them (else N/A).
- TikTok comments are not read in the Inbox.
- Ads: Spark Ads boosts with the video’s ad authorization code (at least 20 a day, countries only).
If something goes wrong
