Connecting accounts
Connect Instagram
A professional Instagram account, connected with Instagram’s own login: photos, carousels and Reels, with comments in the Inbox.
Before you start
- The account must be professional (Business or Creator). Switch it in the Instagram app: Settings → Account type and tools.
- No Facebook Page is needed: you sign in with Instagram itself.
- Every Instagram post needs at least one photo or video.
Connect Instagram
- Choose the brand in the header, open Social Accounts and select Connect on the Instagram card.
- Instagram’s page opens: sign in with the Instagram account to connect and select Allow. One Instagram login gives one account: to add a second account, sign out of Instagram in this browser first, then select Add another account.
- Approve every permission: without one of them, a part of JustCaster stays empty (figures, comments or publishing).
- Back in JustCaster, the green line confirms “Instagram: 1 new account connected” and the account shows Connected.
Publish on Instagram
Write the post in Create Post and tick the Instagram account in Publish to. Network checks shows “Ready” or what to fix for Instagram:
| Rule | On this network |
|---|---|

| Photos and video | At least 1; a carousel takes up to 10 photos and videos, mixed |
| Photo shape | From portrait 4:5 to landscape 1.91:1 (for example 1080 × 1350); JustCaster turns photos into JPEG for you |
| Video | Published as a Reel |
| Posts per account | 100 per 24 hours; more wait and go out by themselves |
