The numbers match the steps below.
  1. Open Calendar. ‹ and › change the month, Today comes back to this month.
  2. Month, Week or Day change the view (on a phone it opens in Week). The campaign menu and the network icons filter what is shown.
  3. Colours: dashed = draft (or in review, failed, missed), yellow = scheduled, green = published. A campaign post has a stripe of the campaign colour.
  4. Click a post to open it: an editable post opens in Create post.

Move a post

  1. Drag a draft or a scheduled post to another day: it keeps its time.
  2. The message “Rescheduled to …” has Undo for a few seconds to put it back.

Published posts do not move, and a post cannot be moved to a time already passed. For a post with TikTok or YouTube, change the date with Edit in Create post instead of dragging it.
