The numbers match the steps below.
  1. Add existing posts lists the brand’s posts without a campaign: tick them and select Add.
  2. Add post opens Create post with the campaign already chosen (or choose it in the post’s Campaign card).
  3. The figures count the campaign’s posts: published, scheduled, and those that need attention.
  4. Budget and reach adds up the views, reach, engagement and clicks the networks give for these posts, and the ads spend of ad campaigns linked in Ads. A figure no network gives is N/A.
  • Status follows the dates: Upcoming, Active, Completed. Archive (in Edit) takes a finished campaign off the main list; its posts and results stay.
  • Delete campaign removes the campaign only: its posts are kept, without a campaign.
  • Without Campaigns in your plan, existing campaigns stay readable but nothing new can be made.
