Read and answer reviews
Google Business Profile reviews and Facebook Page recommendations in one screen; Google reviews are answered from here.
Answer a review
- Open Reviews and select Unanswered (or a star rating).
- Select Reply under a Google review and write the answer: thank the reviewer, answer the point, sign with your first name.
- Select Post reply. It is sent to Google first, then shows “✓ Answered from JustCaster”.
Good to know
- Reviews are read every 3 hours, or with Read now (once every 10 minutes). The first reading of a place imports its past reviews without notifications.
- Facebook recommendations (Recommends / Doesn’t recommend) are read only: Facebook does not let apps answer them. Answer them on Facebook.
- New reviews notify the team and can start an automation (“a review arrives”, for example with 2 stars or less).
