Work with several brands

A brand groups the social accounts, posts, media and campaigns of one business. Add brands, rename them and choose the one you work on.

Each brand has its own accounts, media and posts.

The numbers match the steps below.
  1. Open All brands (Workspace group). Work on this brand makes it the current brand: Posts, Calendar, Media, Social accounts and every other screen now show this brand.
  2. Rename (owners only) changes the name everywhere, then Save changes.
  3. To add a brand, type its name in Add brand…
  4. …and select Add brand. When your plan’s brands are all used, the field is locked and Plan usage shows how to get more.
  • The brand switcher in the header does the same as Work on this brand, from any screen. The choice is remembered in this browser.
  • Social profiles are shared by all brands: a brand can hold as many accounts as you need, but one account belongs to one brand only.
  • A brand cannot be deleted from the app. After a move to a smaller plan, the extra brands are paused (never deleted) and you choose which stay active in Plan usage.
  • Team members only see the brands given to them; they cannot add or rename brands.
