The numbers match the steps below.
  1. In Brand profile, choose the industry, the city, the website, the language and the time zone, and describe the target audience. The city is the starting place of a boosted post.
  2. In Voice and brief, write the tone of voice and a brief for the team: what the brand offers, what to highlight, words to use or avoid. Client logins can read it too.
  3. In Brand kit, add the default hashtags (up to 30, separated by spaces or commas), the call to action and its link, up to 6 brand colours (Add a colour) and a logo chosen from the Media Library.
  4. Select Save brand profile. The line beside it shows when and by whom it was last saved.

Where it is used

  • Create post shows Brand hashtags (adds the ones missing from the text) and Call to action (adds the text and its link), and reminds the tone.
  • AI Studio writes in the brand’s tone. Reports use the brand colour; the Link in Bio page has its own accent colour, set on that screen.
  • The business name is changed in All brands (owners only). The logo must first be in this brand’s Media Library.
  • Owners and team members edit this page; client logins see it read-only.
