  1. Open justcaster.com and choose Start for free (or go to justcaster.com/signup). To use your Google account, choose Sign up with Google and pick the account: no password to remember, and the address counts as confirmed.
  2. Otherwise type your full name, your work e-mail and a password of 12 to 72 characters, then choose your Type of business.
  3. Tick I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  4. Select Create account. Your account starts on the Free plan and you land in the dashboard. If you came from a paid plan on the pricing page, you land on Billing to pay it.

“An account already uses this email.” means you already have one: log in, or use “Forgot password?” on the login page.

  1. After an e-mail sign-up, a yellow banner stays at the top of the app until the address is confirmed.
  2. Open the e-mail “Confirm your e-mail address” and click its link (valid 48 hours). No e-mail? Check the spam folder, then select Send it again: the new link replaces the old one.

The link opens Settings with “E-mail confirmed”. A link that expired or was already used shows “Link not valid”: ask for a new one from the banner.

  1. Go to justcaster.com/login. Use Continue with Google if you signed up with Google, or your e-mail and password.
  2. Keep me logged in keeps the session for up to 30 days on this browser; without it, the session ends after 1 hour without activity.
  3. Forgot password? sends a link valid one hour, for one use, to choose a new password. Every other device is then signed out.
  4. Select Log in. With two-factor authentication on, a 6-digit code arrives by e-mail: type it in Code from the e-mail and select Confirm (valid 10 minutes).

A sign-in from a browser you have not used for 90 days sends you the e-mail “New sign-in to your JustCaster.com account”, so you know it was you.
