Change your plan and add-ons
See what your plan allows and uses, move up or down, and add extra brands or X accounts.
Plan usage
- Avatar → Billing → Plan usage (owners). See plans opens the pricing page.
- Your plan shows each limit and what you use: brands, social profiles (shared by all brands), networks, publications this month, storage, team members, X accounts, analytics history, schedule ahead.
- In Add-ons, set How many and select Buy: you pay by card, then the add-on is on your account. Changing the number later is prorated at once; 0 stops it at the end of the paid period.
When card payment of add-ons is not set up for your account, the button reads Ask for it: JustCaster confirms the add-on by e-mail and invoices it with your plan.
Move to another plan
- Billing → Subscriptions → View on your subscription.
- In Your requests, choose a plan in Upgrade to a higher plan or Move to a lower plan and select Change plan.
- Check the amount and date shown, then Confirm plan change.
- Higher plan: active at once; the difference for the rest of the period is charged to your saved card (“You are now on …”).
- Lower plan: nothing is charged now; it starts at the end of the period. If you have more brands or profiles than it allows, choose in What stays active (Plan usage): the rest is paused, never deleted.
- Not possible meanwhile: unpaid invoices, a commitment not ended (for a lower plan), or a renewal in the next minutes.
- A first paid plan is bought from the pricing page: Checkout → Continue to payment.
